Best Backpacks For College

Fun activities and education for the summer. As a tutor, I have seen time and again that the students with the strongest skills are students who learn a lot outside of school, including inside. It does not mean that these children are practicing in the hot season all summer and on the weekends. They go out to explore the world with family and friends (or sometimes they curl up at home with good books or interesting hobbies). Here are a few ideas for fun and educational activities to try. This summer

Outdoor theater:

Reading is often called the best way to learn new words - and it can be. But it's not the only way! Any activity that gives each person many word choices in context will be sure to be useful. In New York City, we are lucky that there are many theaters for us. But it can be very expensive, especially if you take your family That's why the outdoor theater. The free theater that we get in the summer best backpacks for college is exciting. Shakespeare in the Park is the largest player. But there are many other opportunities as well Shakespeare in the park (ING Lot) Shakespeare in Riverside Park and Puppet Show, especially for children at the Sweet Cottage in Central Park (There is a suggested donation for this.)

The free summer theater consists mainly of production of Shakespearian Which may be intimidating In general, the search for comedies and tragedies (As opposed to history) and reading the plot summary before you go is a way to make the show more accessible.

Walking tour:

Walking tours are not just for tourists. If you look at it, you can search for tours organized by interest, schedule, and almost any age group. The beauty of the walking tour is that you can learn about history, culture, art, and architecture while standing in a place where amazing events take place. A good tour is a weird way about history.

In United States City, tour guides must obtain a permit. But testing is not difficult, and some guides are more knowledgeable than others. To improve your chances of getting suggestions that tell a true and fun story, look for companies or individuals with educational qualifications.

Art museum:

Art museums don't have to be seasonal. But they can go out to do wonderful activities during the sweltering summer Going to museums and just watching art is great. But still, remember that many museums have tours (Usually included in admission fees). In addition, some museums are not accessible for non-art connoisseurs. The Brooklyn Museum may be my favorite because they have good signs and special care. The Morgan Library also provides information about exhibits.

Sadly, the value of art is not always appreciated. If you are wondering how studying art museums can come true, remember that art is a wonderful window at the time and place that it was created. Having basic information about a wide range of topics is one of the better predators of my reading level.

Museums can be quite expensive if you take your family and pay in full. But almost all the museums in New York have free or pay as you wish, which you can use. Another drawback of visiting the museum is the crowds - the large Manhattan Museum can be surprisingly crowded, especially during the tourist season. You may want to see smaller and smaller museums, such as P.S.1, Bronx Art Museum, Rubin Himalayas Art Museum, or Museum of Art and Design.

Bird watching

New York City is a worthy place for birdwatching. For one thing, in many parks, birds become familiar to humans and it is possible to observe them more closely than is normal in less crowded areas. For another thing, there are enthusiastic business people who are knowledgeable and eager to share.

You can borrow birdwatching equipment in your "Discovery Kit" backpack for free from the Central Park Conservancy at the Henry Luce Nature Observatory at Belvedere Castle (in the middle of the park at 79th Street) continuously throughout the year, aged 6 years and older. Going, adults must be accompanied by children under 12 years old. The set includes binoculars and bird books. I've done this and the best part about this set is that it says I'm interested But inexperienced bird watchers A few businessmen went out to show me images like sleeping owls and storks that I had never encountered myself.

Build crystal radio:

One of the many vivid memories of my childhood was the creation of a crystal radio from a dress with my father. To say that it's interesting to get real radio signals from things that don't have a clear power source and l ...
